CWITE Signs MOUs With VINASA (Vietnam) & ICTBA (Cambodia)

Bangkok, Thailand - On March 17th, 2011, CWITE - The Center for World IT Education, a non-profit organization dedicated to bridging the digital divide, officially entered into MOUs with VINASA, the Vietnamese Software Association, and ICTBA, the Cambodian IT association. Representatives of the International Game Developers Association of Bangkok was present and witness of the formal signings of these international MOUs.

The main objective of this collaboration between Thailand and Vietnam and Cambodia, is to officialize the organization of a game and digital creation exhibition, backed by the support of the Software Industry Promotion Agency of Thailand (SIPA).


The MOUs and collaboration between these three Southeast Asian countries is to promote the work of game developers in the region, to provide ICT training, and to encourage collaboration and increase visibility in order to grow the local industries within Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia.
